Course description

Stress is one of the most expensive workplace issues both for people and HR costs.  Absenteeism, presenteeism, lack of engagement and turnover are endemic in cultures that don't educate and provide strategies for stressed people and leaders at work.

Jen will explain the neurobiological /workplace causes and impacts of stress and burnout for your business and people. Provide evidence based mental training practices for managing distracted, anxious minds. And lead stabilising and cantering mindfulness practices designed to be used specifically for action addicted workplaces.

Each week uses practical workplace examples, activities and reflections on participants own experiences. The course is designed to be interactive, team building and to reset stuck stress levels.
