MLT is based in Melbourne but has facilitators in Sydney and we can accommodate training needs across the eastern seaboard region. We offer Mindfulness Training for executives, leader who may be Department Heads, Directors, CFO’s, CEO’s and Executive Management Teams. As well as Mindfulness for frontline staff and a range of Corporate Health and Well Being Speakers and Workshops.
Our Mindful Leader Training Program is a transformational leadership program that empowers leaders to navigate an uncertain environment with self -awareness, agility and strategic forseight. The eight modules will teach improved focus and clarity of thought, learning through collaboration and mindfully managing change with collective wisdom and Emotional Intelligence principles. Either taken as a 4 or 8 week training program delivery can be onsite and online.
MLT facilitators have senior leadership/large organisation experience, business qualifications, mindfulness training and additional workplace training or coaching qualifications. As well as incredible real-world life experience, including facing hardship, and/ or serious illness whilst demonstrating incredible resilience.
|Our facilitators have hands-on experience of working in the trenches with leaders in a corporate environment. Many mindfulness courses contain great content but their facilitators haven’t worked in leadership roles in large organisations.
