This course will assist you to develop key life skills in your home/work life to understand life’s adversity and learn to deal with it particularly in times of stress. It will assist you to develop confidence, bounce back from difficulties and learn how to take responsibility for your own wellbeing.

Over four weeks this course will teach you to recognise your inner strengths and resources and build a growth. mindset to overcome life and work challenges.
