Performance Psychologist, Coach, Well-Being Consultant
Emma is an experienced performance psychologist with a unique background in performance and leadership coaching. She is passionate about working with Senior Managers and Executives to enhance their skills in building performance, engagement and wellbeing of their teams, and their organisation.
Emma holds Bachelor degrees in Arts and Science with Psychology Honours, alongside a Masters in Applied Psychology. She is accredited in the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey (GLWS), the Herrmann Brian Dominance Instrument (HBDI), the Hogan Assessments, and the Saville Assessments.
Emma has worked across various industries including the government and corporate sectors, Defence Force, tertiary education, and elite sport.
She has specialist expertise in leadership coaching and development, design and delivery of leadership development programs and building high performance teams. She also has strengths in career management coaching, including transition coaching and wellbeing services
Emma is skilled in working with both individuals and groups, and remains passionate about helping others to achieve their full potential.
Emma's high performance coaching success is informed by her skills as a psychologist as wll as her extensive background as a state level athlete.
Emma has represented her state as an athlete in swimming, athletics and volleyball which has led her to apply this deep learning, insight and characteristics of successful high performance to all walks of life. This includes coaching athletes, business people, and other high performers.
She continues to train and compete herself in the aerial arts to date. Emma initially honed her craft at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra. Here she worked with a wide range of athletes and coaches, and has presented interactive workshops related to performance enhancement, general wellbeing and crisis intervention. nationally and internationally.
Emma is also highly skilled in clinical assessment and report-writing, and runs a private practice working across both performance enhancement and mental health and issues. She has designed and delivered resilience and wellbeing training across several settings.
