Jenna Paulin

Jenna is a qualified and dynamic past Human Resources Manager and current HR Director and Consultant.  She has worked across a range of SME and global businesses as well as consulted to a range of professional services industries. These include, accounting, legal, technology, and financial services.

Jenna is a past international HR Director for a multinational manufacturing firm and HR Manager for a large mining firm.  She has worked extensively in both public and private sector roles and can provide deep insight across both. On the client side she has worked for Victoria Police, Huhtamaki, Wannon Water and Elastomers.

Jenna holds both a Bachelor of Commerce and Human Resources Management Degree from Deakin Melbourne. She is also recognised as an AHRI practitioner. She is also a qualified Disc practitioner/assessor and holds Workplace Training and Assessment Qualifications.

Jenna is focused on providing both strategic and operational advice to her clients and prides herself on being tuned into current market conditions in HR. This includes a keen understanding of the tricky areas of Occupational Health and Safety Legislation relevant to your business. Jenna’s knowledge and understanding of the HR space makes her an invaluable resource to any business needing outsourced HR or HR advice, partnership. 

She is passionate about helping business owners solve their people problems. Her approach is calming and commercially minded.

Her adaptable, warm and positive approach ensure an ability to pivot from operational to strategic issues to work with her clients flexibly. Jenna would describe herself as a true HR Generalist who is practical and down to earth in her approach. Her intention is to become an extension of your team and a true business partner.

Jenna is focused on achieving success for  business by making sure the health and well-being of both the employer and employee is maintained. She is a passionate advocate for  mental health and building well-being capability. Here, she partners with other professionals and businesses to support clients to build internal capability and change in the evolving mental well-being area.
