Mindful Change Leadership Consultant, Organisational Development Specialist
Felicity has twenty-five years of business and general management experience and brings a unique variety of experiential knowledge to the organisations she advises today. She has provided advice for and led IT and communications projects and has built and managed teams of between 15 and 200 employees.
She has managed large scale change in government, corporate, SME and new venture settings across the health (Austin Health and Epworth HealthCare), financial regulation (ASIC), transport (Metlink), information technology (NOIE), event production (Department of Premier & Cabinet), energy (Esso Australia), publishing (Random House) and consumer products sectors.
Additionally, Felicity has served as a director on several not-for-profit boards in the fields of disability services, child welfare, arts and business entrepreneurship.
Felicity’s passion in organisational development; has led her to develop a unique holistic change leadership methodology expanding upon insights from the study of innovation, cognitive dissonance, mindfulness practices and neuroscience.
Recently Felicity has led a program of cultural change and organisational development for a not-for-profit within the disability services sector. She is also providing change strategy advice to support digital transformation in the health sector.
Felicity holds a Bachelor of Communications Media, a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, is a qualified mindfulness teacher and trained change manager. She is preparing for doctoral research into the reasons people resist change, focussing on how mindfulness practices can address cognitive dissonance.
Tailoring her mindful change methodology to meet the unique needs of each client, Felicity’s priority is always to empower people with the knowledge and skills to make and sustain change – for the workplace and for themselves.
