Andy is a degree qualified, former corporate finance specialist, having spent 13 years with KPMG in London and Sydney. In 2003 he began his journey to a new and exciting career in leadership coaching and wellbeing.
Between 2003 and 2005 he trained to be sports therapist and yoga teacher. By 2009 he had completed a Master’s of Science in Applied Positive Psychology. He is also an accredited Emotional Intelligence Coach by The Mayer-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT) Group.
Andy is the founder of Breathe Australia, and co-founder of Breathe London, a multi-disciplinary, wellbeing UK based business. And is a sought-after Wellbeing workshop creator and facilitator and Keynote Speaker in Australia. He is also a lecturer in Health Sciences at James Cook University.
He has a wealth of experience in the UK and Australia over the last 10 years creating and delivering innovative, evidence-based wellbeing corporate programs. He engages clients and teams with practical and fun emotional intelligence, resilience, mindfulness and leadership training programs.
He has worked extensively with SME and corporate organisations including: South 32, PwC, the Australian Institute of Marine Science, HAYS Recruitment, Queensland Health, the Sydney Fish Market, the Australian Pork Association and Bank of Queensland.
